Jeffrey F. Mangeno, a native of Northern Virginia, graduated from Virginia Tech and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University in 2000.. I was also a trauma tech at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma (MIEMSS) in the Critical Care and Intensive Care Units..
