Valerie B. “Val” Foley (Huber) is a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Frank W. Cox High School, where she played defense on the varsity soccer team her junior and senior years.  Val is the daughter of Vern, a retired Navy Captain, and Gail, a special education teacher, and she is the second of four siblings. Val graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  From there, she went to the T.C.
