From 1998 through 2015, she worked as a corporate lawyer for primarily telecommunication corporations. While practicing as in-house counsel, Krista negotiated several multimillion-dollar transactions on behalf of her clients and played an instrumental role in the companies’ acquisition of businesses and assets. She drafted multiple commercial agreements. Working as in-house counsel, Krista learned not only the key legal factors to consider in negotiations, but also the key commercial components. This experience has been instrumental in navigating small businesses and individuals with their matters.
