Mrs. Spiller-Reddick has traveled the world as a Refugee Officer with USCIS, Volunteer with the Peace Corps, and Intern with the Department of State. Mrs. Spiller-Reddick has lived and worked in West and East Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Her exposure to multiple cultures and ethnicities has provided her with an appreciation and sensitively towards immigrant communities.. Mrs. Spiller-Reddick earned her Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University.
