Sam focuses her practice on a wide range of matters, including employment and business law. She represents companies, employees, and executives in both federal and state litigation and personnel matters. A portion of her litigation practice is dedicated to post-employment litigation, involving fraud, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, leaked confidential information, defamation, and civil conspiracy.. Prior to joining Berenzweig Leonard, Sam served as law clerk to the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. of the Court of Appeals of Virginia and law clerk to the Honorable Craig D. Johnston, then acting Chief Judge, of the Prince William County Circuit Court.
