When somebody asks me to give them some help, it's usually because they've already been stressing over the problem for a while and have arrived at the painful conclusion that the problem either won't go away by itself or they can't solve the problem by themselves. They're apprehensive about now having to pay somebody else to help them to a resolution. Every client and every matter is different. But the common thread weaving through all of them is that the client wants to get to a resolution as soon and as economically as possible.
