My name is Tom Brown.. I have consistently received the highest possible professional rating (A-V) from Martindale-Hubbell, the most well-known attorney rating system in the country.. I have been with the same firm for nearly 40 years, serving clients in Southwestern Washington.  I’ve been handling complex business and personal litigation for most of my professional career, representing both defendants and plaintiffs. The emphasis of the firm has always been litigation, highlighting a sophisticated insurance defense practice mixed with a busy and successful plaintiff litigation practice. Our firm also handles business litigation, real estate disputes and probate litigation.. I am responsible for one of the few million-dollar plaintiff jury verdicts in the history of Grays Harbor County.
