Jeremy J. Bishop is a Tri-City native and an honors graduate of Kamiakin High School and Cum Laude graduate from Whitman College in Walla Walla with a B.A. in Sociology.  Jeremy then graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association that same year, and the U.S. Eastern District of Washington in 2007.. Mariah Lujano was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Washington, by Mexican immigrant parents.
