About half of my practice involves dispute resolution. The other half involves dispute prevention. I’m a firm believer in the old maxim that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure when it comes to lawsuits. Litigation is very expensive. I attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where I studied engineering and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. While at Vanderbilt, I was the Associate Editor of Vanderbilt’s student newspaper, performed in, wrote, and directed several plays and short films..
