Keith was born and raised in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia, and currently makes his home in Bridgeport.. After graduating from Fairmont State College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, Keith attended West Virginia University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996.
