A 2002 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Mr. Glass  entered the West Virginia University College of Law immediately thereafter and graduated in 2005 with a Juris Doctorate degree.. He began working with La Neve Law Offices in 2004 as a law clerk during his third year of law school.  Mr. Glass actively participated in the handling of all of the firm’s criminal cases, while maintaining a focus on representing individuals charged with driving under the influence (DUI).   He regularly handled almost all DMV administrative hearings and appeals from administrative cases for clients of La Neve Law Offices.. Shortly after being admitted to the practice of law, Mr. Glass was trained as a practitioner in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s) and holds a certificate of successful completion of the NHTSA/IACP course curriculum in that field.  This is the same training that every officer in the state of West Virginia must go through at the State Police Academy.  Mr. Glass is also one of only two attorneys in the entire state to be a trained Intoximeter EC/IR II breath test operator..
