Ralph has been highly regarded by his peers throughout his career.  He was named outstanding editor of the Georgetown Law Journal the year he bacame a lawyer and Lawyer of the Year by the Milwaukee Bar Association three decades later.  His peer-rated Martindale Hubbell ranking is AV, the highest level for ability and integrity.  He has taught corporate law at Marquette Law School and served as President of the Milwaukee Bar Association Foundation.  He is a past board president of the Milwaukee County Mental Health Association and past Chairman of the Richfield Plan Commission..
