Danielle is an attorney with O’Connell & Aronowitz. Danielle is involved in representing and advising a broad spectrum of health care and social service provider clients in civil litigation, transactional work, compliance, fraud and abuse, and other regulatory and general business matters.  She has clinical ethics experience and advises clients on the ethical and legal requirements related to health care delivery.  She also has experience in guardianship hearings and has been appointed to the Part 36 court-appointed New York Fiduciaries list maintained by the New York State Unified Court System.  Danielle is eligible to be appointed as an attorney for the incapacitated person, court evaluator, or guardian.. Prior to joining O'Connell & Aronowitz, Danielle was an associate attorney at a law firm where she represented clients primarily in the area of workers compensation defense. Her past experience includes being the Clinical Ethics Fellow at Albany Medical Center as well as internships during law school with Northeast Health and CDPHP.. Danielle obtained her M.S. in Bioethics at the Alden March Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical Center and her J.D. from Albany Law School with a concentration with honors in Health Law.
