Danielle is eligible to be appointed as an attorney for the incapacitated person, court evaluator, or guardian.. Prior to joining O'Connell & Aronowitz, Danielle was an associate attorney at a law firm where she represented clients primarily in the area of workers compensation defense. Her past experience includes being the Clinical Ethics Fellow at Albany Medical Center as well as internships during law school with Northeast Health and CDPHP.. Danielle obtained her M.S. in Bioethics at the Alden March Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical Center and her J.D. from Albany Law School with a concentration with honors in Health Law. She also served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Science & Technology. Upon her graduation, she was inducted into the National Order of Barristers for excellence in student advocacy and moot court. Danielle currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cerebral Palsy Associations Guardianship Corporation. In addition, she is a member of the Institutional Review Board at Albany Medical Center, a member of St. Margaret’s Ethics Review Committee and an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Albany Medical College.
