She is also a member of the Surrogate Decision Making Committee formed by the State Commission on Quality of Care for the Mentally Disabled. Ms. Flowers is the current Co-Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Elder Law Committee. Ms. Flowers received her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Adelphi University cum laude.
