An authority in the area of guardianship, Ms. Flowers is a frequent lecturer for the state and local bar associations and the Practicing Law Institute regarding guardianship issues. She has also lectured at the request of the Office of Court Administration to court attorneys, court examiners, law clerks, judges, and Mental Hygiene Legal Service attorneys.. Ms. Flowers is an associate editor and contributor to the Guardianship Practice in New York State, a publication of the New York State Bar Association.
