He has also counseled debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, and advised a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in asset recovery actions, Adversary Proceedings and other contested matters.. Mr. Frimmel is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Nassau County Bar Association.
