There, she represented architects, engineers, and related design professionals in a variety of matters, including claims involving labor law, personal injury, property damage, construction defect, and delay.. Rosemarie handles commercial litigation, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, fraud claims, commercial and residential real estate claims, and fee disputes.
