Rosemarie handles commercial litigation, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, fraud claims, commercial and residential real estate claims, and fee disputes. Additionally, she has experience litigating ERISA claims in Federal Court.. Rosemarie received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University, in 2003, and her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2006. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
