I am one of three former Commissioners of the Sout Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission who works at Mickle and Bass, LLC. I was appointed to the Commission by Governor Jim Hodges and served on the Commission from 2002 to 2008. Governor Hodges chose me to serve as the Commission’s Chairman from 2002-2005.. I have practiced law in personal injury firms throughout South Carolina. Over the years of my personal injury practice, I have dedicated myself to representing individuals injured at work, as well as victims of auto wrecks and other accidents. Working out of the firm’s Myrtle Beach office, I remain dedicated to protecting the rights of my clients against the abuse of insurance companies.
