He has handled a wide variety of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death cases with significant positive results, including multiple seven and high-six-figure verdicts and settlements. In addition to negotiating many large settlements, Jim has won a number of sizable victories at trial, and has defended those verdicts as lead counsel in more than 40 appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits.. Jim offers close personal attention to each client. He believes in being responsive and when he is in the office he answers his own phone so that clients can reach him and get a prompt response.
