Claire Lorch Hagedorn is a New Albany native and honor graduate of Assumption High School in Louisville. She earned her undergraduate degree in English and Spanish from Centre College in Danville, Ky and her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law.. In college she earned membership in Sigma Delta Pi, a Spanish honor society; the dean’s list for academic achievement; and was an officer of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. While in law school, Hagedorn received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the semester’s highest grade in Law and Education class. She also volunteered for the Montgomery County (Ohio) Public Defender’s Office in the juvenile division.. Leading up to her formal affiliation with Lorch & Naville, Hagedorn served as their law clerk in the summer of 2010 and as a clerk for Floyd County Circuit Court Judge J. Terrence Cody, in the summer of 2009.. Hagedorn is currently a member of the New Albany and Indiana State Bar Associations as well as the Sherman Minton American Inn of Court, a local group within a national consortium that convenes judges, lawyers, law professors and law students to discuss matters of ethics, skills and professionalism. She is also a member of the New Albany Rotary Club, an international service organization.

Linda B. Lorch is a summa cum laude graduate of Indiana University and cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington) in 1979. From 1974 to 1976 she taught Latin and English in the Indianapolis Public School System. Joining her father, Basil H. Lorch, Jr., and her brother, Basil H. Lorch, III, she became a partner in the firm of Lorch & Lorch in 1979. She was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, and served as a juvenile referee for the Floyd Circuit Court from 1979 to 1981. Ms. Lorch is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Family Law Certification Board and a registered family law mediator. In 2007 Ms. Lorch was recognized by Law and Politics Magazine as one of Indiana’s Super Lawyers. Thirty-six family lawyers in Indiana were selected for this honor. Ms. Lorch is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness. She has served as president of the Floyd County Bar Association and has been appointed by various local judges to serve as a guardian ad litem for children in neglect, abuse, and juvenile cases. From 1998-2005 Ms. Lorch was a Trustee for Ivy Tech State College. She also is a master of the Sherman Minton American Inn of Court and a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. She combines her personal commitment to children with her legal experience as she serves on the Floyd County Child Protection Team. Ms. Lorch is a lifetime member of DePauw Memorial United Methodist Church.
