I have recovered millions of dollars for injury victims and their families. Call now for a free consultation. Don't settle for less. My professional career and personal life has focused on defending and fighting for those in need of an advocate. I grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where I met my law partner Chad Lanning. We share a passion for upholding and pursuing justice. While a full time student at UW-Madison, I volunteered in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Meriter Hospital. Also, while attending Madison and working in the WI State Senate, I worked on Senator Feingold’s successful bid for the United States Senate. While working in Washington, DC I fell in love with the law and learned how laws could impact individuals’ lives. While attending Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri I interned at the Wisconsin State Public Defenders Office, a Milwaukee labor law firm, and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. At graduation I was the recipient of the Cater-Tedrow Memorial Award which is given to one student who exemplifies the aims of all those entering the profession of law. Upon graduation, I entered the General Counsel’s Office of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Washington DC and then was then named the first Legal Scholar in the history of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. My desire to litigate cases and battle for individuals brought him into the specialty of representing children who had been poisoned by lead. I continued to represent national and international unions. I represented the Major League Umpires, teachers unions, firefighters, government employees and many others.I have obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for workers and injured individuals. I only represent employees and victims. I never represent insurance companies.. In addition to my pro bono legal work I have been deeply involved in the community. He has coached little league for numerous years, served on charitable boards, volunteers in public schools, and was a Big Brother and Big Sisters for over 16 years.
