Jeff has more than 26 years’ of experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation, in trial and appellate courts, arbitration and mediation matters. He has extensive experience litigating both underlying class actions and insurance coverage disputes arising out of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act..
