Mr. Lacis received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law, Interscholastic Moot Court Board, and Civil Litigation Clinic. He graduated from Rutgers College, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with a B.A. in Political Science, where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and a member of the Eagleton Institute of Politics..
