Mr. Cramer’s practice involves a broad range of transactional work such as entity formation and reorganization; partnerships, limited liability companies and strategic alliances; finance; and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He regularly advises equity owners, funds, investors and businesses with respect to the structuring of their business and legal relationships. Mr. Cramer has represented a number of start-ups and emerging growth companies where he completed several rounds of debt or equity financing, implemented all of the operational contracts, and handled numerous acquisitions and strategic alliances. He also understands the private placement process and can assist with the securities disclosures and related procedures that are important in raising capital for such ventures..
