Tim began his career as a public defender for indigent clients in Anchorage Alaska, then in Seattle and South King County. Having tried over 30 cases to the jury, Tim joined a midsize law firm as a plaintiff’s lawyer. Tim now focuses his practice on representing individuals in their insurance coverage disputes and personal injury claims. Tim is a member of the Washington and Oregon [inactive] State Bar. He is also admitted to the United States District Court Western District of Washington and the Tulalip Tribal Court. A graduate of University of Washington Law School, Tim received his undergraduate degree from New York University where he was a member of the NYU golf team. Tim lives on the Eastside.
