Voted a Washington Super Lawyer from 2012-2022, Elizabeth Woody Lindquist has continued her family's legacy by promoting justice to injured people. Both of her parents were state senators for Snohomish County, and forged their careers on upholding the rights of the state's most vulnerable citizens.. While an undergraduate at the University of Washington, Ms. Lindquist served as Director of Legislative Affairs for the student body, lobbying for student interests in Olympia. After graduation, she worked at Preston, Gates and Ellis assisting the attorneys representing the Pike Place Market against the hostile takeover attempts of the New York Urban Group investors. She was a Merit Scholar at the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) School of Law when she became involved in the American Bar Association (ABA) and was elected the ABA Law Student Division Governor for the 12th Circuit, which includes the eight northwest law schools..
