Because of the complexity of many of his cases, Andre has closely worked with various expert witnesses, has evaluated various scientific reports, and has drafted Daubert motions in limine in the cases pending in the federal courts.. Andre graduated with High Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor on Washington Law Review, and participated in regional mock trial competitions as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. Upon his graduation from law school, Andre was awarded a membership in the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers. Prior to engaging in a private practice of law, Andre spent a year serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John C. Coughenour, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Washington.
