When it comes to the courtroom, Jason is extremely comfortable and puts his clients at ease. There is no case too complex or too extreme for Jason to be willing to take it on. He is known by his colleagues for his confidence and persuasive argumentative skills and his trial experience is nothing short of prodigious. Jason left Omak, Washington at 18 years of age and went off to the big city of Chicago where he attended Northwestern University. After obtaining his BA in Philosophy, he came back to Washington State and graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 1995. He and his wife have two daughters and enjoy various outdoor adventures.

After spending more than ten years representing clients ranging from individuals and to publically traded companies in complex litigation in both state and federal courts in Washington, Alaska and Oregon, in 1995 I decided to devote my practice to matrimonial law. Most of my spare time is spent doing service travel with my son, studying primatology and reading about and visiting Great Apes, notably chimpanzees and gorillas; I enjoy the rare distinction of having been hugged by a wild mountain gorilla. I also enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, skiing and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
