I was born and raised in Whatcom County, Washington, near the US/Canadian border. I am a proud partner in Seattle Consumer Justice, P.S., a firm based in Seattle, but I spend a great deal of time in our Bellingham branch office. We assist consumers and small businesses with bankruptcy, debt settlement, and debt-related consumer rights litigation.. I live in Bellingham, Washington with my wife and daughter. I have heavily concentrated in bankruptcy, filing or otherwise working on approximately 2000 cases over a 15 year span. On the personal side, I graduated with a degree in geology and worked in a limestone quarry as an on-site geologist for a summer.
