Mr. Huber volunteers mediating disputes at the Kitsap Dispute Resolution Center and providing pro bono legal services at neighborhood clinics.When relaxing away from the office, he enjoys biking, hiking, swimming, backpacking and camping with his two children. He currently resides on Bainbridge Island and serves clients on Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Silverdale, the greater Seattle area, and throughout King County and Kitsap County

Kirsten Hytopoulos was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1997. Her interest in an alternative to the traditional winner-take-all approach to the practice of law began in law school where, as Student Bar Association president, she worked with the administration to reduce the high pressure, adversarial nature of the academic environment.. After working as a criminal prosecutor and a college instructor, Kirsten took time off from the law to focus on raising her three children and to work on local political issues, ultimately serving four years on the Bainbridge Island City Council, including one year as Mayor. Following her own amicable divorce, Kirsten returned to the practice of law, choosing to focus on Collaborative Divorce and mediation with the goal of supporting others through difficult life changing transitions.. I am a Washington State native and grew up in the Issaquah/Sammamish area. I now live in Kingston with my Family. My family and I love the Kitsap Peninsula and I have family and friends throughout the Puget Sound area. You can find me with family at a Mariner's games, longboarding, or eating at the Grub Hut. We also love going to movies at the Kingston Firehouse Theater.. I love serving clients throughout the Puget Sound Region. My office is on Bainbridge Island which makes it particularly easy handle both King County and Kitsap County Cases. I also use my home in Kingston as a great launching place for Snohomish County and Jefferson County Cases. In addition, I have handled trials in Pierce County as well. I familiar with the rules and courts throughout the region.. I try to treat my clients as I would treat my own friends or family in the same situation. Not only do I work to meet my client's legal needs but I strive to help keep them grounded during in what is usually a quite emotionally turbulent time.
