Russell Kerr and Jeffrey Sheldon are partners in the law firm exclusively representing personal injury victims.  Russell graduated Pepperdine Univ. School of Law and founded the firm in 1979.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognizing trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in advocacy by achieving a verdict in the amount of $1,000,000 or more.  Jeffrey Sheldon obtained his degree from Western School of Law and has been a practicing attorney in Southern California since 1989.  Jeffrey joined the firm in 1994 and is known as an aggressive and successful courtroom litigator and was honored as the Orange County Personal Trial Lawyer of the Year 2007.  The partners have taught and authored numerous published articles in the field of personal injury trial work.  Jeffrey is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Both Russell and Jeffrey are members of the O.C. Bar Assn., O.C. Trial Lawyers Assn., and ABA.
