In 2012, he became vice chair of FLAC and in 2013, he became the chair. He became chair of the board in 2014 for two years.. Mr. Kruger specializes in high-asset cases, representing venture capitalists, business owners, CEOs and other executives of domestic and international companies, along with their respective spouses. Mr. Kruger obtained a degree in Finance from Santa Clara.  He remains abreast on the latest strategies and investments, including venture funds, private placements, and crypto currencies (eg bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, and other alt coins) which helps aid in the discovery, analysis  and division of assets.. Mr. Kruger graduated from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 1994,  earning High Honors in Evidence and Payment Systems.  While attending law school, he also earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the university's Center for Dispute Resolution at the College of Law, rated among the top five programs of its kind in the country by U.S. News and World Report.. Mr. Kruger received his Bachelor of Science in finance in commerce from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. While attending SCU, he was recognized by the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma..
