Mr. Gilligan graduated cum laude and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from State University of New York at Brockport, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State University. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist since 1997. Only 10% of California’s family law attorneys have earned this additional education and title.
