I have practiced general civil litigation in the Los Angeles area for over twenty years, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate disputes, construction cases, intellectual property litigation, and related matters. I have tried over a dozen complex jury cases to verdict, including construction defect, patent infringement, enterprise software defect, assault and battery, and submerged vessel recovery lawsuits.
