He obtained his law degree from the University of LaVerne, after graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Riverside. He has been admitted to serve in the courts throughout the State of California. Moreover, he has been admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.. In his spare time, Mr. Vallens is the founding member of a winemaking cooperative and is a professional winemaker. He enjoys travel with his wife, Jennifer. Jeff likes to hike and camp.
