Most of my firm's cases involve wrongful or fraudulent eviction, violation of local rent control ordinances, race, gender, age and disability discrimination, tenant harassment, or landlords who do not take care of their properties. My firm also handles cases involving wrongful acts by mobilehome park owners and managers against their tenants and homeowners. We also defend unlawful detainer (eviction) cases. We are particularly interested in housing rights cases that involve violations of the California and federal Constitutions.
