Since 2000, I have been fighting to enforce the rights of consumers. I founded The Kristy Law Firm in 2003. We represent insurance policyholders whose claims were unfairly denied; employees who have been wronged; victims of medical malpractice; and homeowners with defects in their homes' construction.
