Jean’s practice also includes estate and trust litigation, the administration of decedents’ estates (including both trust and probate estates), and conservatorship and guardianship matters.. Jean is an active member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association and San Mateo County Bar Association and previously served on the board of Palo Alto Community Child Care, an organization that partners with parents and regional agencies to provide quality, professional and accessible childhood care and education in the Palo Alto community.. Jean has been named a Northern California Rising Star since 2009 by Super Lawyers Magazine. Jean is licensed to practice law in California and Wisconsin.
