Mark Joseph Valencia is a litigator, and welcomes resolution by jury trial. What is unique about Mr. Valencia is that not only is he a trial advocate, but he has broad experience in the Court of Appeals. Such experience facilitates strategy at the trial level. In December 2009, the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, Division 3, (Orange County) agreed with Mr. Valencia and overruled a jury verdict and ordered retrial. This was yet another reversal in the Appellate Courts for Mr. Mark Joseph Valencia. In addition, in 2013, Mr. Valencia attained yet another victory in the California Court of Appeals, and further secured review by the California Supreme Court. In relation to trial experience, Mr. Valencia and Plaintiff proved sexual harassment against Playboy Entertainment Group, which was represented by international law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius. A jury unanimously found sexual harassment against Playboy.. Mark Joseph Valencia has the commitment to his clients, ensuring a reduced case load with significant client attention.
