Ed Nield is a principal and partner of the Nield Law Group APC with his wife/partner, Gabrielle De Santis Nield, and has over 35 years litigation experience. Along with his wife, Mr. Nield has experience litigating life-changing catastrophic injury claims, whether arising out of medical malpractice, automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, dog bites or wrongful death. He has also provided mediation and arbitration services through the San Diego County Superior Court. Mr. Nield also conducts private mediations.. Ed Nield graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1976 and received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree and Masters in Business Administration from University of Denver in 1983 and 1984.. Ed Nield is licensed to practice law in California, Colorado and Washington. He is a member of all the California United States District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
