Sheri Roswell is a founding member of the law firm of Higgins, Hopkins, McLain and Roswell, LLC.  Prior to founding the firm, Sheri was a partner of the law firm of Long & Jaudon, P.C. where she defended a variety of general civil litigation matters, from premesis liability to high profile matters involving bank liability/wrongful death.   Before joining Long & Jaudon, P.C., Sheri was a law clerk to then Chief Judge John McMullen of the Denver District Court, Denver, Colorado.  In recent years, Sheri has become a frequent local and national speaker, particularly on the subject of construction defect law and litigation.   When not practicing law, Sheri Roswell enjoys spending time with her husband and two active eight and ten year-old sons.  Family activities include camping, skiing, various sports and travel.
