On the real estate side, Bill has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers in seller property disclosure, earnest money and other disputes arising in the sale of residential and commercial real estate, as well as in handling landlord/tenant matters where he represents residential and commercial property owners, and tenants, in all phases of the eviction process. On the construction side, Bill handles mechanics’ lien litigation and construction defect cases..
