I am an owner/principal in a Connecticut law firm, the head of the firm's insurance department, specializing in insurance related litigation. I have thirty years of significant litigation experience in state and federal courts and before all types of ADR forums. I am admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, US District Court Connecticut, US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and Supreme Court of the United States. I have an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell I also spend a significant amount of time representing plaintiff's in all types of personal injury claims. I and a team of associate attorneys also handle complex commercial litigation. Lastly, a growing part of my practice consists of acting as a Mediator and Arbitrator to assist in the resolution of personal injury claims.
