Robin I. Bresky is managing partner of the Boca Raton office of the Manhattan-based law firm Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP. She focuses her legal practice on appellate law and litigation support for civil, commercial, personal injury, family law, and criminal matters. She is admitted to practice in Florida and into the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Court, the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.. Before joining SSRGA, Bresky owned a boutique firm for two decades that focused on appeals, trusts and estates and corporate transactions.. Bresky serves on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, representing the 15th Judicial Circuit (Seat 3). She was Chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission-Screening Committee for the 4th DCA and member of the Judicial Nominating Commission-Screening Committee for the Florida Supreme Court.. Bresky is Past President of the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) statewide, and the South Palm Beach County Chapter.
