He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.. Mr. Terry served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles R. Scott of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Warren L. Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and a staff law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has also served as an Assistant State's Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida from 1984-1993.
