William R. Ponall is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Criminal Appellate Law. Mr. Ponall is one of fewer than 30 private attorneys in the State of Florida who holds that designation. He has over 13 years of experience handling State and Federal criminal appeals, post conviction matters, and complex criminal cases throughout the State of Florida. Prior to entering private practice, he was a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit..
