Rich is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Innova Solutions, a leading global information technology, consulting, and business solutions organization. In this role, he oversees the legal affairs of the company and is responsible for a wide range of legal issues that relate to the company’s activities and operations, including employment law matters, contract review and negotiation, litigation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, immigration, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, both in the United States and internationally. Rich leads the Company's cross-functional Compliance Team, as well as its Data Breach Response Team. He is also responsible for the management and oversight of Innova Solutions' outside legal service providers. Rich has built the Company's legal team from the ground up, attracting and retaining excellent attorneys and support staff in multiple offices in the U.S. and India.
