My current practice includes representation of attorneys with licensing and related bar issues; Plaintiff’s professional negligence, including legal and medical malpractice; and a general litigation practice.  I also serve as a jury consultant and assist other attorneys with trial and witness preparation. I was named a “Rising Star” by Atlanta Magazine in 2005 and a “Super Lawyer” in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.. I was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1990 and am admitted to practice in all Georgia trial and appellate courts, in addition to the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  I received my undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in International Studies, from Georgia Southern in 1987.  I am a 1990 graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law (J.D.) at Mercer University, where I was a Member of the Moot Court Board and Intrastate Moot Court Team, as well as the Dan Bradley Fellow and a recipient of the Class of 1974 Scholarship.. Before founding The Jensen Firm in the spring of 2014, I practiced as member of Jones, Jensen & Harris for fourteen years.  Prior to 2000 I worked in boutique litigation practices that practiced in the areas of contract and business litigation; health care law, fraud and abuse; qui tam litigation; zoning and land use; and employment discrimination.  My practice has focused extensively on civil litigation and appeals in both state and federal courts.. My reported decisions include Johnson v. Leibel, 307 Ga. App. 32 (2010), Katz v. Crowell, 302 Ga. App. 763 (2010), King v. Brock, 282 Ga. 56 (2007), Blackwell v. Potts, 266 Ga. App. 702 (2004), Levine v. Television Cablecasting, Inc., 261 Ga. App. 128 (2003), Crosby v. Kendall, 247 Ga. App. 843 (2001), and Floyd v. Gore, 251 Ga. App. 803 (2001).
